Uxen Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Uxen is built and operated by Ilia Romanov, a self-employed individual (Russian Federation) — as stated in the Privacy Policy. General questions: nexusbotxbot@gmail.com; data questions: privacy@rrrfirstchat.com. Product site: rrrfirstchat.com.

2. What Uxen is

Uxen reads your conversations, mail and calendar — each source only with your explicit permission — and answers questions about them, showing where each answer came from. It can also spot commitments in your conversations and offer reminders, and, when you tell it to, reply to people on your behalf.

How data is handled, what is stored and how to erase it is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into agreements on your own. Your account is personal — do not share access.

4. Your connections and other people's data

Connecting mail or a messenger gives the product access to conversations that involve other people. You are responsible for having the right to do so. Uxen shows your conversations to nobody but you, and does not use them to train models.

5. What is not allowed

• using Uxen to break the law, harass, threaten or deceive;
• connecting someone else's accounts without their permission;
• attempting to reach other users' data or the service's internals;
• creating load that degrades the service for others.

6. Answers are not the final word

Uxen answers using language models. It can be wrong, misread a conversation, or suggest the wrong reminder. Check what matters — money, deadlines and commitments especially. Uxen does not provide legal, medical or financial advice.

7. Replies sent on your behalf

Auto-reply runs only if you turn it on, and only by the rules you set. Messages sent to your contacts count as sent by you. You can turn it off at any time.

8. Plans and payment

There is a free plan with a cap on questions and a paid plan billed per period. The price is shown before you pay, and payment extends access for the chosen period. If you delete your account, the unused days of paid access are kept: sign in again the same way and you get them back — no money is refunded. Prices may change — you are told in advance, and changes do not affect a period already paid for.

9. Your data stays yours

You can disconnect any source and erase what has been collected at any time — all of it or one conversation at a time. Deleting your account deletes the data with it; the only records that survive are your plan with its paid-until date and the payment journal — exactly as the Privacy Policy describes. Rights to the product itself belong to its author.

10. Ending

You may stop using Uxen at any time. We may suspend access if it is used in the ways listed in section 5, or where the law requires it.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit rights the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. Material changes are shown in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
